About Me
Elizabeth (aka Liz) is a dynamic bass player, performer, and creative force known for her powerful stage presence and deep musicality. As a licensed nutritionist, dancer, and experienced fitness and yoga instructor, Elizabeth’s understanding of the body, energy, and expression informs every aspect of her artistry. Her years of guiding others through movement and transformation have honed not only her physical strength but also her ability to hold space and connect through rhythm.
Her playing style is unapologetically bold yet deeply grounded, effortlessly bridging genres and inviting groove, soul, and feminine power into every note. Elizabeth is passionate about creating transformative experiences through sound and performance—often weaving together elements of visual art, movement, and raw emotional expression.
Most recently, Elizabeth had the pleasure of working with Samantha Maloney, former drummer for Hole and Mötley Crüe, as part of a women's Flash band collective in LA. She had the honor of sharing the stage with Nancy Wilson at the Viper Room and playing with other female rock legends such as Lita Ford, Sheila E, Nita Strauss, and Rhonda Smith.
Whether laying down the low end in a rock-fueled set, curating immersive music events, or forming spontaneous collaborations through live jam sessions, Elizabeth lives to connect through creativity and rhythm. She is currently performing, supporting local artists, and building her next body of work through MuseFlō Collective —a multi-tiered artistic platform designed to elevate and unite musicians, artists, and visionaries.
